Data Removal
This page explains how to disconnect Google, revoke access in your Google Account, request local deletion by email, and understand what remains outside the live database.
1. Disconnect in the app
Use the app's disconnect option if you want MojoDojo to stop using your Google connection. Disconnecting removes live local credentials, granted scopes, calendar selections, and cached events, and the app attempts to revoke the Google token.
2. Revoke access in your Google Account
You can also remove MojoDojo access from your Google Account permissions. This revoke step stops future Google API access, but revoking access alone does not automatically remove your local membership, live plan references, or every manual backup copy.
3. Request local deletion by email
Email [email protected] and ask for local deletion if you want the family administrator to remove your remaining live records.
What live records can be removed
Local deletion can remove live SQLite membership records, sessions, calendar references, sharing preferences, projected cached events, encrypted credentials, granted scopes, and organizer plan records associated with your local account.
What is not automatically removed
Current manual backups are SQLite snapshots controlled by the family administrator. Manual backups do not have automatic expiration, so deleted records may remain there until those backup files are deliberately removed.
Existing Google events and invitations remain in Google unless the organizer separately edits or cancels them in Google. Downloaded .ics files are independent copies controlled by the downloader and are not recalled or updated automatically.
